Qualifications


  • Minimum of OND Architecture
  • 0 - 2 years experience
  • Knowledge of construction and site supervision is required



Roles & Responsibilities



  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors
  • Prepare and circulate minutes of monthly site meetings and deliverables
  • Manage project timelines to ensure project is completed within agreed timelines to prevent cost overrun
  • Prepare development briefs for clients and responded to a brief with full presentation drawings within 24 hours.
