ASSISTANT ADMIN OFFICER

A financial services firm requires the services of an Admin Officer.

Responsibilities

Assist Admin./HR Manager on Personnel/Administrative matters
Prepare staff monthly payroll & tax deductions
Handle issues on staff welfare
Co-ordinate pool drivers' movement register and fuelling
Assist in recruitment and selection process
Handles monthly employee pension remittance and report such to the Admin./HR Manager.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of HND in relevant discipline
2 years of experience
Good ICT skills
Good command of English

RECEPTIONIST NEEDED URGENTLY

A trade and services firm requires the services of a qualified candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

To attend to visitors and direct them to relevant officer to attend to their needs
The receptionist will provide both secretarial and receptionist services by monitoring and operating computer work, typing, filing, receiving visitors, answering calls, opening and directing official mail.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE/OND
1-3 years experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
