• Sales strategy thoughtful creation of account across all outlined market segments
• Metro marketing performance management of personnel within the the market
• analytical skills in current business trends re-evaluating deployment and strategies
• good communication with starwood leadership and external stakeholders
• goal setting and achieving

Qualification:

• Bsc and a post graduate degree is an added advantage
• experience in leadership of multi faceted sales team within major metro market
• 5-7 years experience in leadership position
