They pay based on Commission. The more money you make for the company, the more you are paid.
Be wise in your choice of job. If you are ready to live on commission, transport your self to work etc then you accept the job, on the contrary hit the the door please. I pray you get a well paid job. its insurance that has continuous vacancy.
I once went for the interview. no salary, just 50% commission. I didn't take the job though. I just wasn't sure how much security they were willing to grant me and my costumers. These days, marketers use graduates as subsidiaries to meet their targets. Some of them tend to be dishonest. Just know the risks involved. Like I told my friend, be wise and shine your eyes. Pls,heed my advice and ignore them.I was there once,for training.They don't pay dime except on commission. Its all bullshit.
@teksmani, i wont mince words in saying that its a MISERABLE JOB. Believe me, ul regret stepping into their office. You may not be given a kobo after walking round the streets of Lagos for 3months. If you have connections, u can try it but is insurance as a product marketable? You may find yourself in a position where your relatives will be footing your transport fare. That is the height of suffering.
