Reporting to the Operations Manager the role is responsible assisting senior management in the efficient management of administrative services of the Company, such as the daily management of facilities, mail processing, courier service, branch operations support and compliance, security and safety related functions, and branch operations staff training. Performs direct supervisory duties of administrative staff, coordinates staff The Administrative Officer may perform managerial duties in the absence of the Operations/ Marketing Directors.


Key accountabilities
· Order enforcement in line with company policies
· Exercise administrative oversight
Your knowledge, skills and experience
· Good poise with HND/Bsc in any discipline
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Computer literacy
· Leadership experience
· Administrative system development and implementation such as record management;
· Office expenditure documentation and budget management;
· Reports writing for senior management and delivering presentations;
· Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
· Health and safety policy enforcement in accordance with company safety policies
