Accountant Needed in an Oil and Gas Servicing Company

Job Title: ADMIN/ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Report To: Managing Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, mileage claims,income & expenditure records, process all payments through Cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation.

Work with the Development Manager to improve existing systems to reflect bigger staff team.

Log and submit all claims to appropriate funding body (multiple funders) and maintain all relevant paperwork in good order

Provide Management Committee with full monthly financial report

Assist in the preparation of annual accounts

Assist with project financial related work as required

Attend to General Office Administration




• Educational Requirement : Bsc Hons

• Discipline: Accounting, Accounting Education or any other
accounting related course ...(ICAN) (Pechtree Accounting very necessary)

• Experience: 3-5 yrs experience in accounting and certification in any
accounts institute will be an added advantage,

• Age: 22 – 35 years

• Salary: To be discussed and negotiated

• Organization: An oil servicing ICT FIRM in Port Harcourt
