Hi everyone, I worked in AMfB (Accion Microfinance Bank Ltd) for some time and I left in May, 2012. my advise is that you pple shldn't apply as Savings Officer cos it is VERY STRESSFUL. You are given a target of 40 accounts with N500,000 per month and if u dont meet up, it accumulates and when u dont meet up, u r being sacked after some months. Loan Officer is a little bit stressful compared to Savings Officer. You will write a test, after which the selectd ones will attend 2 interviews. you come in as a Trainee and they pay N34,250 to Trainees. All the best.

@wesere, u welcome. 500k for 40accts per month which means u must achieve 80accts and 1m in two months as a trainee. I think all positions has target, even customer care officer also have target. They have btw 12-13 branches and their head office is at Elizade plaza, Anthony.

its hard to believe dey pay dat little.. Dey were among the 5 top places to work in nigeria 2011 ratings based on staff welfare..

@touns please ask her how long is the recruitment because they put on/before 31 july on website and they started doing there test.the interview will it be in bathes also.

Their aptitude test us always Gmat questions. The basic challenge with them is the guarantor form.you need T??????? get person or two persons that will give his payslp or appointment letter stating his/her salary worth 5million naira annually. Or getting person that owns a private company that will give you the company registration certificate and bank account statement worth 5million

@uhonmoke have u passed the test and being invited for interview.are those the condition they gave u when u collect the guarantor form?

@folashade yes I pass your test and interview. I was offer savings officer. But I don't think I will pick the offer. I want different position apart for savings. The work is too stressful.
