Hi bro! Been a while i posted here...@ marlock abt ur question, i totally understand wat u said abt d 2million stuff of d bank bt i must tell u dat its nt all dat bad. I am a trainee in d bank today n trust me, i was also nt in support of d bond fin bt wen i started d trainin, i understood y dey had to implement d bond. All tru d trainin, access bank wuld spend 16million on each person dat wuld attend d sch...from feedin(which u can eat anyfin u want and as much as u want) to d money dey pay d facilitators, ur salary(stipend), d rent dey pay for d buildin dey r usin as deir sch presently, places to visit..etc 4 d 4months n 3weeks one will spend dere...if u ask me, dats a lot of money d bank spends n for access bank, d bond is d only way dey hold someone dwn from nt runnin away. From past till date, oda banks still comes dere to try to make trainees in d sch to leave to join dem afta graduation cos d sch is d best bankin sch in d country..u can ask anyone. If u were access bank, wuld u just spend such an amount for a trainee n let d person go like dat? Bsides, access isnt d only organisation dat does dis bond fin. Like i said, i am nt in support of d whole idea bt wen u get to d sch ( which i pray u make it tru d interview stage), u wuld understand wat m sayin nw cos of d quality of trainin u wuld get in bankin. @zeuss: hello, and thanks for the indepth information. please just wrote a test on 31st August and like a week and some days later, got a test that i passed and that i would be contacted later. want to ask if you know how long that would take and what the interview session looks like, just basically what to expect when going for it, appearance and all. thanks
