what sort of post is this? at u went to the Unieristy does not make those that went to Polytechnics dumber than u r...its only a function of the warped society we live in. do u think u are smarter? do u think you are bbetter than others? cos i fail to c d logic behind your post.truth is we all complement each other. many of us went to the polytechnic because we had no choice, many went because that was what was obtainable, so Mister, do me a favour and dont castigate HND holders.i refuse to join words with you. i just want to correct you. do me a favour, take a test with a colleague forom d polytechnic and c if e is dumb. Enough of dis madness. HND holders are not inferior .God bless us all

Cos I know quite a handful of Access workers personally, who are from 'below modest families' all they did was made sure they had a 2.1, pass the recruitment test/interview and scale through the training school!I understand its quite harsh on the HND guys but whose fault? Definitely not Access Bank! We all had a choice: 'University or Polytechnic' no body was forced to choose either. Yes JAMB may not have favoured a lot, but you can't put the blame on the guy who decided go to the University or the Company who had defined its business strategy even before most of us were old enough for higher learning! It still beats me why students patronise the polytechnics if they are all aware of the discrimination.As for the inter guys, well my take is - it was inevitable! Their bank couldn't support all of the them in the first place which was why they needed a buyer! It happens in all mergers across the world and from what I hear I think Access Bank did a good job in terms of the termination benefits. I heard that the severance packages for the laid-off inter guys were so attractive that some of the Access guys are jealous and wouldn't mind taking the offer and Labour was in-the-know before the inter staff were sacked. So I think there is more to it than just the inter side of the story.NB: I'm also waiting for their interview!

@all please has anybody gotten correspondence from the test written on friday 27th feb at ikeja?

Hw much is d entry level 4 access bank? Who knows?

Access Bank interview is the easiest interview i have ever attended. Know everything in ur cv and how u can implement ur course of study and final project into the bank, why u want to work with them. Know about ur line of sport. If u support chelsea, know the latest news about them.

@axeman. Don't 4get questns lik, wat is ur greatest strength or weakness. Dey can ask u 2 tel dem abt ur course of study n relate it to banking. All d best.

Just to add; start preparing 1million naira as target.

@lmaoWhich one be 1millon naira na ?, na 1st stage interview I dey go for oooo. Also tings like wot do I need to know about the Bank ?

pls is university.correct yourself.HND OR OND i dnt knw wat ur prblms are.y nt apply anywhr weda bsc,ond,hnd,masters anytin.ur nt God u dnt knw whr ur luck is.lik me i dnt luk at xperience,age,field or degree.i apply in anytin dat cums ma way.stp feelin inferior.u d hnd or ond u pple are d ones makin bsc luk xceptnal.who is stopin u pple 4rm appyin,d system or phne dat ur usin is ur own.y nt apply.
