Access bank recruiting!

@all, pls u people should stop all these argument and face realities. We ar having a divided house here. Our country doesnt hav a program for young graduates like us. This argument is rubbish. My neighbor is a bsc holder bt he is stil unemployd for 7yrs to 8yrs nw while my frnd who is a hnd holder who wrks wit a constructn company is building a dublex nw. Both bsc and hnd are good just ask God to bless u wit a good job

I have a bsc engineering (2:1) and almost completing my masters bt no job. This is 4yrs since i finishd sch. What makes me better than my frnd who has hnd and working comfortably wit his newly married wife? I'm very disappointed in this house. @admin, pls delete this thread

personally i dnt lik wat he said.Hnd ,Ond or Bsc are al in d race,so no 1 shuld be bias here.

dude, if u r in lagos and u meet deir employment requirement (24 or below, 2:1), drop ur cv at deir head office. Dey will definately call u for a test. Or if u hear dey r writin a test where eva u stay, just ask for d date, time n gatecrash it...access bank welcomes gatecrashin so long u meet deir requirement. Hope dis helps.

we dont have to fight over HND/BSc. qualification. some people did not even go to higher institution and they are employing graduates. Lets just ask for favour from God while we top it up with any qualification that will not allow us to be descriminated against if we are on level playing field.

and tell you what? i had a 2.1 from a federal university with other added qualifications but when they took over our bank, i was among the people thrown out. i read where someone was so confident about his/her qualification. Please boast in the Lord and not your qualifications.

@kkkosy, did u write d test in oct last yr. Hw did u receive d iv 4 d interview, i mean wuz it thru text,email or phone cal. Also, wen is it 2 tak place? Am askin cos i wrote d test in oct & i hvnt heard 4rm dem since afta d congratulatory msg

@chomzyCongrats on being called. Well I also wrote the test also sometime in sept or oct last year and as @ least week, I was told that we would be called BUT will use style and ask a friend who works if he has any info.

@chomzy, I wrote the test arnd oct last year too. I got the invitation ystrday tru mail, I dnt really knw ђã† to expect but u should be more keen abt the content of ur CV cos they'll use it to ask questions.

Congrats dear. I also wrote that test around October and since then I've had 3 interviews. I quit after the last one on Sat the 7th Jan. where the madam asked me to hustle 1m for them. So start making your plans on time if you really want to be with them. Also keep the training bond in mind. All the best dear. @chomzy too.

It's part of their modus operandi to task each job seeker a stipulated target before employment. We made an argument on this issue on a previous Access Bank thread but, some people refuted. Anyways, it's all good.

Did 3rd interview on 18th of feb. afta d ist 2 last oct. I was given 10 acct openin booklet 2 start lookin 4 pple 2 com n save in dere bank n I was given a target of 1m. I took a hike cause i felt it's a bad omen. If u ask me to produce 1m in 2wks b4 givin me a job, who knows whether i'll b askd 2 produce 4m in 1 month afta gettin d job. This is not 2 scare any1, just 2 prepare ur mind if u'r headin in dat directn. One luv.

what sort of post is this? at u went to the Unieristy does not make those that went to Polytechnics dumber than u r...its only a function of the warped society we live in. do u think u are smarter? do u think you are bbetter than others? cos i fail to c d logic behind your post.truth is we all complement each other. many of us went to the polytechnic because we had no choice, many went because that was what was obtainable, so Mister, do me a favour and dont castigate HND holders.i refuse to join words with you. i just want to correct you. do me a favour, take a test with a colleague forom d polytechnic and c if e is dumb. So I think there is more to it than just the inter side of the story.NB: I'm also waiting for their interview!

Access Bank interview is the easiest interview i have ever attended. Know everything in ur cv and how u can implement ur course of study and final project into the bank, why u want to work with them. Know about ur line of sport. If u support chelsea, know the latest news about them.

@axeman. Don't 4get questns lik, wat is ur greatest strength or weakness. Dey can ask u 2 tel dem abt ur course of study n relate it to banking. All d best.

Just to add; start preparing 1million naira as target.
