Access Bank no get sense at all......they should go to places like Babcock, Convenant and co. to recruit then. Where do they want to get 24 years of age when ASU with their strike won't permit nigerian students to graduate at that age. I think Inyachris is right.

or even 12yr. This is d problem with our father land-self deceit. Encouraging forgery and corruption. Y cant we be realistic for once in the way we do things? Out of the estimated 15omillion people how many are graduates and have completed NYSC at the age of 24. There are but a very minute proportion.
Let them be called to order by the appropriate authority cos at the end of the day, u will see a 30 years old graduate claiming to be 24 after a lot of forgery. Do u blame him? No way. Who is deceiving who?
