i wrk dere.i think u guys shld brace urself up and prep for the interview.it goes beyond microfinance.its a german bank with int'l shareholders like IMF, World bank e.t.c (check our website).they operate as a full fledge bank.if u ar succesful in the interview you go for training.d pay is ok.(a little above 70).its a nice place to start a career.....i wish u all d best.
