Nice one! I am curious though was this post written by a HR personnel or an IT personnel. Why is it that vacancies are full of confusing titles? For goodness sake, someone with expertise in Windows 2008 server and Cisco router should rather be a System/Network administrator ( Though to Windows MCSA which covers both networking and system admin is referred to as a Systems Admin).

I think it is high time we stop combining one thousand job roles into one. Imagine a job post requesting for a single person to be both a system admin, database admin, and network admin at the same time!

To make matters worse, the offer stipends for such skills.

This must stop in Nigeria, it's time we do things right!
