Nokia 6230i Modem,pls help?

Pls house can any1 help me on wat to do.
I tried connectin my phone,Nokia 6230i,on my PC via PC SUITE,but gave me incomplete installation dat d phone modem can not be installed,that it's either being used by another user or the modem is not properly installed dat i shud consult d phone company.
Can any1 pls help me out cus i really do need it 2work cus of browsing. 10x.

Use d latest version of pc suite and try to connect d phone using the get connected wizard. If dat doesnt work. Flash d phone.
