does anyone have an idea of wat to expect in this interview?

I got a notification of the phone interview and got the online test and since done it. But i have not heard anything further. Isnyone with update on the process

Hi guys,though i didn't get a phone interview,i was sent a mail to do an online test which i did last week.I haven't heard from them since then.
